6. Taxation and VAT Proceedings.

We are able to offer quotations in many instances based purely on the type of business you run and your anticipated annual turnover/wage roll.

Directors and Officers legal liability covers i.e. the policy will generally protect the Directors and Officers in their personal capacity in circumstances where they cannot claim an indemnity from the Company. Secondly, the policy will indemnify the Company in respect of costs and expenses incurred in defending a Director or Officer under the Companies Act 1985.

3. Intellectual Property insurances - legal fees cover can be arranged to protect and pursue a persons's Intellectual Property which may be critical to the continued health of the Company's business.

4. Libel and Slander insurance - we have a market available for insurance against libel and slander the premium being dependent upon the client's occupation and media uses.

5. Miscelleneous insurances - legal fees insurance is a relatively new product and can generally be tailored to meet the needs of all businesses and/or can extend to include covers for latent defects, product guarantees and/or building guarantees etc.,
